This Villa is Key less entry no need to worry about loosing a key while you having fun at the parks. Alarm system to secure the home while your away. Includes Free WIFI, House Phone (Local US calls) and Cable TV.
Pool and Spa. Pool heat is an extra charge Weekly or prorated if staying less than 7 days (minimum 3 consecutive days) .
Fully stocked with Towels, Wash clothes, Linens and sheets and includes a full size Washer and Dryer no extra charge.
We provide a starter kit that includes, Bar soap, and a new Roll of toilet tissue in every Bathroom, One trash bag in each trash can and a starter pack of Dishwasher tablets in the kitchen.
Kitchen:
All major appliances full size fridge, oven with cook top, microwave, garbage disposal and a dishwasher for easy clean up. Other amenities include a coffee maker, tea pot, toaster oven, all the cookware, cutlery, plates and cups you need to make a delicious meal.
Dining:
Formal dining and also seating available at the kitchen bar for that quick casual meal.
Living Area:
Large Flat Screen Smart TV and comfortable seating where you can curl up and watch your favorite show or read a book.

Rental Payment
A $300 US deposit is due at the time of booking, which confirms your reservation.
Balance of rental is due 5 weeks before arrival. Dates book within 14 days must be paid in full
Security Deposit of $250 requested week of your arrival and refunded 48hrs after departure and is held on PayPal.
CANCELLATION
100% refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 30 days away before arrival date 50% refund. No Refunds for Cancellations 14 days before arrival date .
